OVERVIEW
Prepare and hold paid C&C orders for customer pickup. Release only after matching CODE and ID.
Follow these steps every time to ensure accuracy and consistency across stores.

CLICK & COLLECT PORTAL = https://portal-v2.shosha.co.nz/
1. Locate & Check

Go to the click and collect website.

Open the order.

2. Pick & Bag
-
Pick each item; confirm SKU + variant.
-
Scan each product and ✅ will appear if product matches.
-
Enter Staff Name and click Send SMS to Customer
-
Bag order.
-
Store behind counter in the “C&C Orders” section.

3. Customer Pickup
-
Ask the customer for the CODE they received through text and ID.
-
Enter the CODE into the code section. Will say "Code Matched" if correct.

Hand over bag; mark as finished in Portal.
-
PICKUP NAME MUST MATCH THE ID OF THE PERSON PICKING UP.
