OVERVIEW

Process online orders from the Portal: pick the items, generate the ticket/label, confirm tracking, and book the pickup.


Follow these steps every time to ensure accuracy and consistency across stores.

1. Open the Order

  1. Log into Portal → Web Orders.

  2. Select today’s order(s) by Order #.

2. Pick the Items

  1. Print/preview the order lines.

  2. Collect all products (check SKU + flavour/strength carefully).

  3. Scan each product into the web order, will appear with a ✅  if product matches.

  4. Place items together in the Web Orders bay.

3. Create Ticket & Label

  1. In Teams, DM Long: “Can i please have ticket for Order #[number].”

  2. Open the ticket in the internet browser and Print → Honeywell.

  3. Put the printed packing slip/label with the items.

4) Verify & Notify

  1. Take a photo of all picked items with the ticket.

  2. Send the photo to Long (same thread).

  3. In Portal, click Finish and scan the tracking number (Barcode on ticket)

5) Pack & Book Pickup

  1. Pack securely

  2. Seal carton/satchel & attach shipping label.

  3. Go to Book a Pickup → scan/enter tracking → confirm pickup.

  4. Place parcel in the courier pickup area.
